Biblical prophecy. The Bible is not only a instruction manual it is also a book of prophesy. If God be God then He is capable of anything. I think we have a much too limited view of Who the Almighty actually is! I think that God not only predicts the future He actually creates it by His Word. This is the power of the One True God. He has actually written down His prophesies. The whole prophesy thing comes down to ones view of what some might call the “Holy Scriptures”.

Prophecy and Revelation(Apocalupsis---Unveiling)
Nu 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Pr 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
2Pe 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

Revelation continued......For me the whole issue is the answer to the question “What is really going on,on planet earth?”.....after all if the entire universe is just the result of random chance, then who really cares about anything? Everything is meaningless. Even the death of a child is meaningless.....on the other hand if there is a God......surely that changes everything? But then which God of course? And how is one to ascertain the Truth(if there is such a thing?) of the matter. After all in the natural sciences(physical sciences) the question of the Truth of a proposition is ascertained by reference to the physical evidence and perhaps a dash of logic. But with regards to the Truth of various philosophies, theologies, religions etc the answer is not so simple. Eg …...there is no God but Allah........or perhaps Jesus is Lord, or Jahweh is Lord or there is no God.....and so on. Perhaps the only real solution is Ba-Hai?
Ie if there is no way to ascertain the Truth of any religion.....then either reject them all or accept them all. One cannot trust emotions or feelings in such a endeavour? One would not trust ones emotions in the matter of determining the speed of light in a vacuum. One would do the math and refer to the evidence. I must admit it can be satisfying if ones calculations work out right. But surely emotions can never be relied on to determine to figure out the speed of light in a vacuum. One would do the math.
So if the question of the meaning of life and which God is the One True God is actually very important, and if one uses the physical sciences as a model for Truth finding, surely saying I FEEL that Jesus is Lord is not adequate …..as somebody else might say there is no God but Allah, and they may FEEL that they are correct. Perhaps very very strongly!

Some people say that evil has not increased, as these days we have better communications and are better informed. But it seems to me that the wars and the evil has increased. Of course many have tried to fit written Biblical prophecy to contemporary events. And most if not all have got it wrong!Hence prophecy has fallen into disrepute. So surely we need to go back to square one.
If there is a God and that God is the Christian God, and if this God is true , then He cannot lie. His Words are absolutely true. And if this God predicts the future. Then His Words must be true. And if His Words be True then His Prophecies must be True even absolutely True. But then surely this could be true of any God? Each philosophy, each faith or religion has its own truth claims. So how is one to determine if Jesus is Lord or there is no God but Allah or perhaps Krishnas message to Arjuna?
